Fridge sheets: printing happens on your device. We do not receive the contents unless you click “Create a share link.” Those links expire in 14 days, or a year with Notes Pass.

Kennel Stay Notes: if you create a workspace we store your email, kennel name, stay records, daily notes, and photos you attach, so owners can open the link you send. Delete a stay by checking the dog out; old owner links may still work until photos expire.

We are not using notes or photos to train models, sell ads, or build a dossier. This is not a veterinary record and not HIPAA-covered health data.

Cookies remember a Notes Pass on this browser, a kennel login, and a short-lived flag after you start checkout.
